What winter clothing do you carry?
Clusthub offers cold-weather clothing and accessories. Product pages list the materials, features, available sizes and colors for each item.
Processing and shipping
How long does order processing take?
Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before dispatch. This period is separate from transit time.
What are the delivery options?
Standard Shipping is free and takes an estimated 12–20 business days after dispatch. Express Shipping costs US$14.90 and takes an estimated 7–15 business days after dispatch. Available destinations and rates appear at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Available tracking and shipment updates are sent to the email used at checkout. The first carrier scan may take time to appear.
Returns and support
How do I start a return?
Email sac@clusthub.com within 30 calendar days of delivery with your order number and item. Please wait for return instructions before shipping. Mandatory consumer rights remain protected. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
What if my parcel is delayed or my item arrives damaged?
Contact sac@clusthub.com with your order number and a description. Include photographs if available; we will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
